Cookie policy

This website uses cookies to work properly and, only with your consent, to understand how it is used.

Technical cookies

These are necessary for the website to function and do not require consent. They include storing the choice you make on the cookie banner and your browsing preferences. For the duration of the session the site also stores the channel you arrived from (for example a booking portal), for the sole purpose of showing the right message.

Measurement cookies

If you give consent, we use statistical tools to count visits and understand which pages are most useful. Data is processed in aggregate form.

Third-party cookies

Some features are provided by third parties that may set their own cookies: the Google Maps map and the Scidoo booking engine, which opens in a new window and is subject to its own policy.

The website also hosts the virtual assistant Chiara, provided by Mind Lab Hotel: it keeps the conversation on your device for the duration of the session and sends your messages to the service to generate a reply. Please do not type personal data into the chat beyond what your request requires.

Changing your mind

You may withdraw or change your consent at any time by clearing this website's data in your browser settings: the banner will appear again on your next visit.
