Reception is on the third floor
We are in a historic palazzo in the centre. The lift takes you to reception on the third floor, where the Family room and the Suite are too. Double Comfort rooms are on the first. The fourth-floor rooms — New Small Double, Economy Triple and New Triple — need one last flight on foot, and cost less precisely for that: it is written on every room.
You reach the door, the car doesn't stay
We are inside the ZTL and in a pedestrian zone: you can drive up to the hotel to unload, and then someone from the partner garage comes to collect the keys and takes the car away. 36 € a day, 50 € for large vehicles. Tell us you are coming by car when you book.
We are on a lively street
Via dei Calzaiuoli is where Florence walks: during the day there are people, shops, voices. That is exactly why people come here. If you need absolute silence, ask us for a room on the inner courtyard.

Facing the Duomo, the hotel is 50 metres to your right, between Salmoiraghi e Viganò and the Disney Store. Florence has double street numbering: shops are red, residences are blue. We are number 11 blue.
What are the reception opening hours?
From 7 am to 10 pm, every day, on the third floor. During those hours you will always find someone from the hotel, not a call centre. If you expect to arrive after 10 pm, write or call us before you travel so we can agree together how to handle your arrival.
